Hey Christian thank you for leaving a bad review on my google page. I am glad to respond. Your team hired us to develop your website for sugar clothing which we did. The problem was not with our firm it was with your team we detailed what needed to be done phase by phase for us to take this job. We had no input in design only development. We went out of our way to meet unrealistic deadlines to make your company happy. The problem with this project was your team was not ready. Giving you false expectations. And we had to take the hit due to all the errors your team made causing us to have to develop more and pay our staff more. The greatest part was being the person I am, I agreed to continue without charging you more for our time. The exact words out of my mouth to your team was I will keep working until the problems are fixed even when they were caused by your team giving the wrong information. All and said i wake up to a claim on my bank saying i committed a fraudulent transaction on your account when i had contracts signed by your team to charge you for that amount, and confirmed with your team to process the charge. Shows great leadership on your part. Thank you for that great google review you left me, I just wonder to myself is this how you treat all your other contracted companies you work with.
