I had Stan do an inspection on my condo in March 2018 and 2 months later discovered I had water damage/mold indications all over my bedroom wall. This was serious negligence on Stan’s part who spent more time telling me what a beautiful condo and the great condition it was in than obviously inspecting it the way he was supposed to. Then I looked up licensing and discovered his license number relates to least experienced as he just got in 2014/2015. I never had a problem like this and it has caused me serious problems. He also missed a huge crack in the foundation that runs the length of the window where the water is coming in. I would not ever recommend Stan as I got what I paid for $225 worth of negligence

Had a great experience with Stan. Went through yelp trying to find an inspector for a house I had a contract on. It’s hard to rely on the reviews bc they can be so extremely good or extremely bad for the same company. I took a chance and contacted Stan via email. He responded WHILE HE WAS ON VACATION IN MEXICO y’all! He was responsive and pleasant to deal with and his prices were on the lower end of the quotes that I received. He even offered a small discount for my husband being a veteran. Come the day of the inspection, he arrived promptly and started working. He was meticulous doing the general inspection, 4 point and windstorm reports. He walked us though and pointed out things he was finding in the house. He worked nonstop for about 3.5 hours. He is a vet and subcontracts with another vet owned company that performed a termite inspection. I received complete reports from both Stan and the termite company the next day. I have NOOO hesitation recommending Stan and will use him for any future purchases. Thanks Stan!!!
