Decent dermatologist, I have been coming here for a few years for very basic issues. One thing I cant get over is the lack of punctuality, you will have to wait 15-20 minutes past your appointment time before he sees you.

Dr Altman is a great doctor, he will tell you what you need to do in order to fix your issues. I have been going for several years now and he has helped me with my cancer issues like a pro. He is the best

It is very unfortunate that after having a great experience with dermatologist Dr. Altman, who managed to cure a severe psoriasis in my head, I have to go to this space to vent and express about the bad customer service I received from “Patricia” one of the Customer service representatives at Altman Dermatology. The receptionist, whose name I would not reveal since it denotes a high degree of ignorance and incompetence, wanted to defend Patricia’s diabolical action. These people have been very disrespectful and so derogatory that I prefer not to comment on their high level of vulgarity. I immediately told Dr. Altman about this unpleasant incident and he replied that he regrets what happened, but does not consider firing this employee. I do not intend to fire her, that is not the idea, (we are all human and we can have a bad day) but at least educate or train on how to improve customer relationships, because people like these greatly harm credibility , organization and success of any company. If you read the “reviews”, you will realize that I have not been the only one to be treated roughly by these poor and derogatory employees. It is worth mentioning that there is a young girl (Latin-looking) who is very nice, attentive, polite and professional. Obviously, I will never visit this place, much less recommend it. I would very much like everyone in that place to reconsider, educate themselves and offer a pleasant environment as every patient deserves. I wish you the best.

We LOVE Dr. Altman. I have been to see him multiple times over the years, and his staff is friendly, welcoming, and always accommodating. I have never had a negative encounter with Dr. Altman. He is so kind and incredibly knowledgeable. I would feel comfortable recommending him to any and all of my friends.

I was seen very quickly by Dr Altman. He was extremely knowledgeable and able to treat me effectively. His staff was friendly and efficient. Definitely will recommend and be going back in the future
