ATM (TD Bank)

They dont have the time frame updated on google and when I call no one ever answers it goes to voicemail

My favorite thing about TD Bank is the fact that I can get a debit card on the spot. I dont enjoy having to constantly wait for someone to help me; they have 5 large desks set up in the lobby but only one person working and 4 people waiting in the sitting area. The lack of staff is indirectly implying they dont value their customers time, which is the most valuable asset in life. Also, the customers rarely get a greeting as they enter the doors, a simple “welcome,” would be appreciated on a consistent basis, not whenever the staff feels like it. The conversation with a representative started and ended with, “hi, im… how can I help u today?” The other 10 minutes were silence. No attempt to build any form of relationship with the client, complete lack of basic people skills. If you are in the business to serve people, employ people with people skills.

I love stopping in at the drive thru they treat.me like family & always know to give me change in especially 1.00z t,t 5z, & 10z always being available when I need y’all 👌👍
