Terrible everything, take your business elsewhere

Called twice to ask questions about an ECU. The first time I called the receptionist said she would call back, but she didnt. Then I called back the second time to be told I would get a call back in two minutes, but I never received a call. Horrible customer service. Going to take my business elsewhere. Didn’t want to leave any stars. It was also shady that the same receptionist answered the phone in multiple departments. Fake company with fly by night practices buyer beware.
