Avis Car Rental

People beWare from Avis ! Very disappointed and unprofessional company . I was with them 22 years and will never rent From India / chine customer service.i forgot my credit card . They wasted my time with debit card knowing the guy the jack unprofessional and afraid about he’s job . No one never pick up the phone then they asking your social what a rudeness!!
Do not give them any personal info do not rent take lift cheaper make them go bankrupt!!

Did not have the car I booked and paid for. Downgrade me and still charged me for the premium car I paid for. Told me that to make an adjustment on the rate I had to call guest service. Guy at the counter was very nice but Avis. You have to get that together. You can’t charge people for something you can’t deliver. This will be my last time using Avis. To many other companies.

We were in a bind after getting stuck with a problem rental from another Avis location. We needed to swap the car out right away because it was having mechanical issues. When no one else at Avis including 1-800 customer service would help us, this gentleman at this location did. He went above an beyond to provide a solution for our problem by swapping our vehicle out right away. We were able to enjoy the last few days of our vacation thanks to him.

The following Avis Budget location is located on North Entrance of the mall.

I’ve been there a few times and the service is less then average. It takes a long time and the last time I was there for a battery check it took 2 hours!
