they are very professional they treat the customers right and they help you with the rental if you are entitled to discount they will let you know

This location is fine, the staff is professional and courteous. The only problem is that it is usually just one person staffed here, doing all of the work. They may even be cleaning cars in the back. I say this because the wait is long, 5 – 10 minutes per person. So if you are third in line, be prepared to wait. Other than the wait everything else is fine.

Worst place ever. Ariana needs to learn not to lie. I made a reservation, that was paid for. The car was not there. They had a pick up and she wanted to charge me extra for it. She then proceeded to say she never said that, but wanted my card to charge it. For what the reservation was paid in full. No, it’s not my fault the original car isn’t there. Avoid this place like the plague. Ariana needs to be fired.

This happened within the last year, I just didn’t get to writing a review until now. I rented a car here, because I didn’t want to take my own car for a long drive across the state out of concerns for impending repairs I needed done affecting the safety of my drive. Then, as it turns out, during the use of my Avis rental vehicle on my return trip, the check engine light came on before I was hitting Alligator Alley. NOT good. I shouldn’t have to ride around with a car only rented for a few days with “check engine” problems. The whole POINT of renting a car was to feel safer and then, I did not, obviously. So then after the light came on, I had to drive to an Avis office on the west coast of Florida and exchange the car for my ride back to return a vehicle to this Avis location. Meanwhile the delay in my drive not only wasted my time, but almost made me late for my return before closing time. Lastly, the people who helped me at the desk of this Sunrise Avis location, both at check in and vehicle return, just flat, no personality, not what you would call warm or friendly customer service. More like people who hate their job and are just going through the motions and barely able to summon concern or friendliness. I probably won’t ever use this place again, only used it out of convenience anyways. Guess I’ll just drive to the airport to get a car rental, next time !
