After visiting a lot of potential places in Broward county, Axis really stand out from the rest. All others look and feel exactly the same.

As a resident that has been here for over a decade and always being taken care of. Today I want to give an additional thanks for the extra care that the staff is providing.

They are distributing extra good and supplies to those that come and pick it up during these trying times.

Special thanks to Patty and Rie and Lily and to the rest of the staff for your hard work.

We are content. We have amazing staff that takes care of us and we have been here for 11 years to this date. Fast response time and very friendly staff.

I am very grateful with the office staff for all the help they provided when I rented the cabana for a special event. Everyone was very helpful. I have been living here for 10 years and I am extremely happy with the way they take care of all the requests for the apartment and services they provide. I plan to renew my lease again, even though prices go up a little every year.

The management team at Axis One Pine is exceptional. We got some issues with power outlets through the apartment which were repaired in a great timely manner. It’s is well known that issues get arisen anywhere and all the time, but what makes a big difference, is how your response team react to them. At Axis, this is priority for what I could see so far. No matter the kind of repair, if its urgent or not. Everything gets attended and treated importantly.
