I want to preface this comment with a disclaimer. This poor rating is based solely on interaction the office staff and not the Doctor. I contacted this office for an appointment that I had to change due to my work schedule. I called the office and left my name, time of call, and “current” telephone number on a Monday. I did not receive a return call by the following Thursday so I again contacted the office. The person I spoke with informed me that a couple of attempts had been made to return my call, but the number they had was not good. For some reason known only to this person, she choose to use a phone number from 5 year old information and not the current number I had left twice within my message. I was spoken to as if the entire misunderstanding were my fault. and the attitude of the person I spoke with was very terse. The end result was that I have chosen to search for another Dr. with an office staff that will listen to and return messages as requested using the telephone number left in the message.
