Bates Paul T Do

Best doctors office by far! I’ve been a patient for over 20 years. Amazing doctors, very family orientated. I’ve never trusted a doctor as much as I have trusted Dr Bates. He literally cares and show it! Scheduling is great as I’ve never had to wait more than 2 days for an appointment. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

My insurance referred me to him, the staff including the office manager were very rude on the phone. The front desk hung up the phone on my face , when I called back to ask to speak to a Manager, she told me that her staff reserve the right to hang up if they are not happy with the caller.. Also , the manager told me to find another doctor. I did not get to see the doctor , this was just to confirm my appointment, when I called one hour before my actual appointment they told me they had to reschedule . I did not get to see the or meet the doctor therefore I cannot speak on his performance , however , he may need a staff reformed as the staffs that he has currently are extremely unprofessional and incapable to care for patients …..I do not recommend this physician

Dr. Bates is an amazing doctor who genuinely cares about his patients. Dr. Bates always takes the time to answer my questions and concerns and doesn’t rush out of the room to his next appointment! His medical staff and all of the receptionists are super friendly and very accommodating! so happy to have finally found a great primary care doctor!

My last primary just “disappeared” so I had to find another one. I asked a friend of mine and she recommended Dr. Bates, whom she had been seeing for years. I absolutely love Dr. Bates. The office staff is very nice and funny too! Makes going to the doctor a pleasant experience.
