Had very positive experiences in past. Had to return for service. Started off rocky @Pines store location, than ended up @Sunrise location. All went very well thanks to Jaheed. Not sure if I spelled correctly. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Worst experience ever, worst store to do business with, they do not have good costumer service, the treatement was very very bad, specially for the minority. They call police on me just because they cant figure out where is my phone. That was so funny and scared, 5 Officers showed up, it’s like I’m a criminal. I was freaking out when I think about Georges Floyd. They said “Do not come over here anymore, transpassing on you and take them to court. Sir you need to leave right now! ” what is yr name? Give me yr ID! That’s it and I left without saying anything…

Those to guys are the best. Professionals. Fixed my old Samsung note 5 like new – got it back the same day, plus discount for making appointment on line.

Very nice staff .. Conveniently close to my home.. I shop a lot online so the online pickup is great for me. I love this store I shop there very often.

Knowledgeable team provides great service and various options for battery questions. Store is clean and offers more than enough parking space.
