Worst customer service, I’m leaving BB&T so many other bank options they’re always difficult, said they sent my card (probably never did) then when I followed up 3wks later they said to wait bc my current card would be cancelled. Now the card I have won’t work bc it’s been 30days & they said I should just go somewhere else & order another one & hung up…
