Very bad customers service. They make A different excuses every time for you to withdraw your money. Would not recommend this location.

I’m no longer with this bank, I came in and they all didn’t wanna help me, and one girl even tried charging me 1000 dollars just to print out my statements required to file my taxes. Thank God for Pedro. He called me multiple times back and got me the statements for 75 dollars. Bbt needs more people like Pedro.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Eric and Camilo and couldn’t have asked for better service. After being given the runaround by BB&T’s customer service via their 1-800 number, I was able to go into this branch and get the answers and action needed to resolve my problems with my accounts. I have been banking with BB&T since the BankAtlantic days and after my experience with these guys, I feel more confident than ever that I’m with a great banking institution. Thanks for all your help!

Took almost 20 minutes to get a simple withdrawal. The computers are ridiculously slow. The attendants are nice enough but nothing special. Considering leaving BB&T

Great help, someone stole my visa card # made charges. My bank caught it & contacted me to lmk! Unbelievable, team i went in on a Friday & they took care of me on Mother’s Day weekend! Thank you!
