If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I went in today for a tint and wax. He put on an extremely light dye for the tint and I mentioned its typically 5x darker than this. He said “you’re blonde so your brows should be light” and I said no, my brows are significantly darker. He didn’t really say anything and just kept doing what he wanted. The tinting was messy and all over my skin once he was finished. And my brows were literally the same color as they naturally are, so as I suspected, the tint was far too light. We then went on to the wax. It was a normal wax, painful but nothing out of the ordinary. Afterwards he started rubbing all of these different products on my skin – it burned so badly and I kept pulling away. He was being extremely rough and pressing down so hard and it was so painful. He showed me in the mirror once he was done and I was horrified. My skin was raw and had been ripped off, and only irritated further by the harsh chemicals he rubbed on afterwards. I frantically walked around Ulta to find make up samples to cover it, as it was the middle of the work day and I had to go back to work and be in public. The staff began to follow me around, treating me as if I were going to steal something. When I told someone how much pain I was in, they said sorry without even making eye contact with me and walked away. I will be calling corporate and getting my money back, or I will be disputing the charge with my Amex. This was the worst experience ever.
