Beware of this company they have the worst group of agents in the business, especially Paulette and Lisa Bayer. They conceive, lie and remotely do not care for the well being of the client.
Buying a home is one of the biggest investments that you are going to make. Paulette and Lisa has more excuses then anyone person can have. And addendums means nothing to the client it’s more lies. Not only did it happen to me on one addendum but on 3. On change of dates why bother, it’s just another stall, on repairs why have it and they won’t get repairs or money owed completed. They suck you in and Paulettes favorite line is I’m working on it or I’ll get on first thing tomorrow morning. The son and daughter in law are learning from some someone with not good ethics and standards. It’s a far cry from a person to person that there are good honest people in this world. I found the only one that has any feeling or compassion to a client is the title manager Malcom Givens. He I felt was a person to go the extra mile and complete a job.

Beware of this company and specially an agent named John Gonnel.
Scam, guy with no word, just want to take your money out saying that behind him is this “great company” well known and respected, qualities that he does not have!! Berkshire you should check better your employees and how they use your brand!
