This place is fantastic. They are always willing to try and help out in anyway they can. Came to pick up my dress shirt today, manager noticed it had some minor wrinkles(I thought it was fine) but he insisted on letting them iron/press it again quickly so it would be perfect. Brought a dress to be dry-cleaned here and was told to pick it up five days later. When I arrived on the day I was told to, the owner informed me that my dress was not ready, for some reason it needed to go through the cleaning process a second time. I accepted that explanation and agreed to return in a few days to retrieve my dress. As it turned out, I went back TWO WEEKS later, only to be curtly informed by the owner that my dress was still not ready, and in fact had never been “through but machine.” No apology, no acknowledgement of error or negligence for failing to call and warn me either time that my dress was not ready. And why was it not ready after two weeks?! I quietly requested my dress and a refund of my money. The owner began to challenge that request, saying he’d have to find my dress “in the pile.” Another customer came in and he ignored me and served that customer, who questioned the owner as to why I wasn’t being taken care of first since I was there first. I said nothing. After that customer left, the owner got my dress and brought it to me covered in the usual plastic draping. When I asked if it had been cleaned, he began raising his voice ,why questioning whyI was checking the dress to see if it was clean, as if he hadn’t already told me that the dress had not been cleaned and I would have to come back a third time. I hurried out saying I had to go as he continued an argumentative monologue. Please note that I am a Black woman, the customer who arrived after me yet was served before me was White, and the owner showed me zero courtesy, never acknowledged his poor service, and neither refunded what I’d paid nor apologized for my having to drive there twice. I will NEVER go to this establishment again and I do not recommend anyone go there. The owner is rude, disrespectful, provides poor service, and it is highly suspicious that I, a Black woman, was treated in this manner, yet a White male customer was shown great deference.

Been going here about four years now. This place is great. My white dress shirts always come out looking like new. I’m a limo driver. Ram remembers your name from
day one. He has a photographic memory. If you live in the area you won’t find any one better. Quite reasonable too.
