Omg best work out ever. The coaches are amazing and very encouraging. The exercise are very intense but best money spent in a while.

Positive and professional!
The trainers are attentive and encouraging while insuring a clean environment. Their pricing is very reasonable. I’ll definitely take advantage of a drop in session whenever I visit the city again.

Intense HIT with an encouraging trainer. They offer early morning and evening classes. Price packages vary by the amount of sessions per week. They offer nutritional consultations as well. First class is free. Starts on time. It was a fun and encouraging class. I would recommend BFB fitness to others.
