Poor customer service by Luz Went to pick up an online order I greeted the cashier who could care less if I was in the store. she went to look for the order and realize they forgot to put my name on it. I had no ID on me but I did have the email address with barcode and showed her a picture ID that is on my phone. She’d rather cancel my order then accept the email confirmation or ID provided.
