Wow, What a RUDE staff they have. The employees must have learned this from Their manager, she is a Gem too. They called to confirm an appointment the day before for my 75 year old mom who does not drive and has major health issues. She goes to the confirmed appointment and advised her that the doctor can not see her, she came in the wrong day. I called them while she was still there to see what happened and I was going to ask if they could fit her in and soon as the receptionist answered the phone she had an attitude. I told her to save the attitude because, i was not giving her one. She hung up on me. I called back to speak to the manager the first thing she said I seat next her and she was not rude, you are. Well I guess it is OK to be rude at this office. I could tell i was wasting my time. I hung on her. I should have realized this was not a good office that it took me 5 times for someone to call me back to schedule the first appointment. So, if you want to deal with uncaring Doctors office this is the place to go!
