Me and my wife have been coming here for 2.5 years. It’s an incredible workout and environment. If you want a motivational trainer and enthusiastic environment to push yourself and get ripped come to body tek. It’s a hard workout but fun , always different, and exciting. Over the last two years we have made friends here as well. It is an up-beat and inclusive gym as well. You will not regret going, and you will not question the results.
