After 7 years I left with $14 short for payment for my visit, they would not see me.
ALSO WANTES ME TO PAY A FEE FOR MISSED APPOINMENT. I CALLED MANY TIMES TO RESCHEDUKE BUT ANSWERING MACHINE ALWAYS PICKED UP! I left 2 messages. Hire some help to answer phones and stop making me wait 2hrs to be seen and not allow me to make a $14 payment later.

Very organized and efficient practice. Dr.Li is very fast and very thorough, depending on what you need. She has offers additional services for great prices, for example a cortisone shot my pain doctor charges 100s of dollars is a fraction of the cost with Dr.Li. Very happy to have found her.

She’s helped me lose so much weight and she always praises me on my progress, I’ve recommended everyone I know to her. She’s an amazing physician and a very good person. everyone should come here, I guarantee you’ll love it

Dr. Li is so kind and I absolutely love coming to her. She always listens and cares about her patients. She’s helped me lose so much weight and she always praises me on my progress, I’ve recommended everyone I know to her. I came here a few times because of its convenient location despite the rumors. But after a while of visiting here, I can now say: it’s bad. I will not come here anymore.
I felt like a customer, not a patient. All that they wanted was my money and not really treat my health condition.
One particular person that got under my skin is the secretary Ting. Don’t let her smile deceive you from first impression! She was very condescending, impatient, manipulative, and uncooperative. Speaking to her was in circles and unhelpful to get anything done. Better off finding a different office with better doctors and secretaries!

My grandparents has been going to Dr.Li’s office for couple months now and everything has been great, but the blood pressure is hard to control so I understand. The office has always been very clean. There is always a plenty of chairs to sit unlike other medical places. However the wait time is pretty long. Dr.Li seems to be very busy every time we go. There are plenty of booklets to read while waiting for Dr.Li and I’ll learn something new each time I go there. Haha.
