Why are the phones always forwarded! Please have staff that actually wants to answer the phone and willing to help the patients. They are so incompetent at the front desk! Steven PA is nice but the staff it seems does not want patients for him. They are not interest in making appts

It’s 12:40 why are your phones already sent to answering machine I thought you break for lunch 1-2. Yesterday I’ve called also and 12:20 answering machine is still on because that are at lunch. Change your MV time to Mach the time you have your phones forwarded. This office staff is the laziest staff I’ve ever met. They never return calls the matter how many messages you leave and they put you on hold forever and I never see that off as busy

Office is horrible. They never answer the question without being on hold for a minimum of 10 mins. Front desk lady is so rude.

God forbid you need follow up, the service is horrible.
