Budget Car Rental

This is my 4th time renting from them. They are transparent, kind and efficient. I am never at this location waiting for a car for more than 30 minutes. Some smaller rental places, it’s a headache. I can reserve and pick up within an hour. Every car I’ve rented has been clean and upgraded. Local, fast and clean! Can’t beat that

I rented from this place for a one week rental. Rosie was professional enough but the car sputtered (engine light) and reeked terribly of smoke. As a non smoker, I literally had the windows down for the week. (There is a NO smoking sticker on the car) I’ve rented cars more than 100 times, worst experience to date

No unexpected problem whatsoever, we got in and got out what we ordered. However there is a one-hour waiting time to process the cleaning of the vehicle and paperwork. Highly recommended the rental company.

I highly recommend this location. The staff is very friendly. They really came through when we needed a rental for our family vacation. I booked a car with another company and they had nothing for me. I was so happy to come across this retail company. Thank you for making my vacation run a little more smoothly. My family and I were very pleased with the vehicle. It fit the three of us comfortably. I am only going to rent from Budget/ Avis when I need a rental car in the future.
