The receptionist was quite rude and unprofessional. The first and only appointment I had, she did not acknowledged or greeted me. She appeared to be upset, careless or just simply out of her element. The doctor also appeared to be rushed while consulting with me. Will find another medical facility.

Been a patient with them for over a year. Still have not seen or met Dr. Sabbota once. All appointments are handled by his nurse practitioner. Few weeks back I was hospitalized again for same issue from a year ago. I made sure to pick a hospital Dr. Sabbota made his rounds at and could check in on me. In the hospital for 4 days and never stopped by once. Was in emergency last week. The attending doctor there needed to speak with “my” cardiologist and called several times to discuss my condition. Dr. Sabbota refused to pick up the phone.

I have been trying for months to get referrals to see my other Doctor, Doctor Randy Gould is a very nice man, his nursing staff is not good or nice people. They rather send me to their Doctors in their network which are quacks and I feel this is my body, my insurance company has no problem with me going to see a specialist. The nursing staff is lazy and half of them really do not speak good English hard to understand. That’s why so many people die of unknown illness, I blame the nurses, Kim and Patricia are the worse they try and convince me on what Doctor I should see, I feel as if Doctor Randy could do better than those ladies. I have been waiting for a week for my refill on my medications every time I call the lady on the phone says they are working on it. Really ladies, stop chatting to one another and handle your job..

Great staff and great doctors

Dr Mark Sabbota wont see you even if you have an appointment with him. They will just send a lady trainee dr who has no idea what she is doing! Visited twice with an appointment with Dr Mark & he didn’t showed up. The customer service is worst! Figure out yourself. Just give them a call to change an appointment date over the phone. They will put you on hold for 30 minutes and then hand up! There are better doctors and clinics in South Florida and Particularly in the Davie area. I would highly suggest them to avoid them. Dr Mark Sabbotta is not interested in new patients so lets not disturb him!
