Thank you Jonnine and Dan for acting as heroic first responders to our business when we most needed help. You both were the ultimate professionals accomplishing that which no other bank could. You did much more than a job, you assisted in a miracle.

Debit card are blocked in some areas. Those areas change at their discretion and without notice. I had a $3 charge at Starbucks in California declined. All of California was blocked. Other occasion all of Georgia was blocked. I closed the account and was not even asked why. One other time, their ATM did not dispense $500 even though it charged my account. Wasted much time to verify and correct. Web site continually blocked my access and forced change of password.
