Herbert loan officer in this office scamed and lied to me for months send me fake pre approval letter to go shop for houses in Orlando,when he knew I wasn’t even qualify, hope no one else went though what I did.. ..i will be sueing.

I just want to thank my outstanding lender Sterling Chambless and his team.
Mr Chambless and his team have assisted me for a second time in the purchasing of my new home and let me tell you it was a very hard loan but graciously Certified Home Loan Team knew how to overcome impossible and make it possible. I can’t thank them enough. Our working transition was not as smooth as the first time but it was done diligently. The level of professionalism was impeccable. I am pleased with their service and wish them much continued success.
