Waited 40 minutes here while a banker took two other people in the drive through and neglected to serve me. They like to service people who they are familiar with and forget the new customers. I will never come back here again and the service is very terrible.

I’ve been with Chase for roughly 7 years. Though I have a “loyalty” to Chase as a whole, I never thought I’d have a loyalty to a specific branch. I went in this morning for a cashier’s check and was helped by Ghada. She was so helpful and bubbly that I’ll continue to come back to this branch for any in-house needs that I have.

The tellers are exceptionally nice and kind,goes out of their way to help you. I have been with this bank when it used to be Washington Mutual, so about 15 years. I will never change banks, services are too too through. I recommend this bank to anyone who is looking for a bank who truly serves it customers with kindness and accuracy.

Today I was notified that someone went into this branch and posed as me. They were able to get a temporary debit card and withdrew money from my account. They also were able to cancel all my cards. I notified chase on December 31st that my information was stolen and put fraud alerts on all my accounts. Today another bank notified me of possible fraud. I immediately tried to contact this branch for over an hour and never once got to a live person. I called the 800 number to speak to fraud prevention and they too were unsuccessful in reaching the bank. I am very frustrated with this branch and the lack of security. The other banks notified me because the signatures did not match and the person imitating me did not look like the drivers license picture. I have since filed a police report and will be escalating this issue to coorperate.

What a lovely atmosphere! I was in there last night approximately 5:55. Everyone was so helpful. Kindness, smiles and generous attitudes go a long way. And thanks for the lollipop 😉
