They are very and acted like you were bothering the . They simply dint want to help you.

I went to make a deposit and I try to ask one of the finantial person a lady with black hair to see if she can help me to find my landlord account so I can be able to deposit the rent I have been deposit in this bank and she was really rude and with not interest to help me.

For some reason they decided to get rid of the tellers here, probably to save on paying workers. There are some things just a machine can’t help you with. If you come here to talk to someone you’ll wait behind 5-8 people no matter what time you come. They have like 2 people working behind the desk. It takes forever to get anything done. Hate coming here now. Stay away if you value your time.

Waited 2 hours to get something notarized. No one came up to me to ask to go to another branch that it might take long. I’ve been to many branches, this is by far the worst.

The employees there are always welcoming and helpful. Very courageous and professional level of service. I Felt like royalty there .
