Citibank

I went to this branch today and in the door there was an information about the lobby was closed so clients needs to go to the drive through to do any operation. After a long line wait I was told that they couldn’t do anything today. I wasted my time. Not sure why they said they are open to the public when they are only doing regular ATM transactions.

poor customer service, one time my signature was not filed electronically and checks were rejected by landlord with late fee, this time check book was mailed to wrong address, I have to cancel checks, re order new checks, and hope for the best, that no one is going to commit fraud with checks sent to wrong address, clerk displayed total disregard, negligent, ignorant on how to handle situation, no interest in amending their mistake, the times I have been at this branch I see a lot of effort helping non English speaking customers in some cases for over 90 minutes while mine it was the bank’s mistake and it was a different attitude, another standard, and yes, I am Latino.
AVOID THIS BRANCH

One of teh best CITIBANK branches I have dealt with. Friendly and helpful tellers. A little understaffed. Sometimes if you need to see an officer, you might have to wait a while.

First time here nobody welcomed me, I have been waiting here for 25 minutes and have 4 people in front of me. I asked the manager how long and he said I had to wait no intention to help, horrible customer service, will never come back to this location which is very close to my house. There are only 2 representatives helping out. Almost an hour waiting now, this is unrespectfull and incredible.

Friendly staff, this location is way better than the one in Pines Blvd.
