Called regarding a refill, call got picked up and I was asked to hold without before I even said hello. I was left on hold for more than 10 minutes. Called back a few minutes later, then phone was never picked up. No respect for others people time.

Terrible office manager she was extremely rude to me and is even rude to the employees I over heard her speaking to them rudely how long will it take to change that?

Family practice atmosphere.. Very organized with a counter for coffee and protein bars for those who are having blood work done.!! The front desk administration is warm and very friendly..! 😊.. I love my Doctor’s office.
