Doctor rushes through the visits. Having a disorganized back office makes this visits worse as authorization forms are NEVER done as promised. Wait time is not bad, and they do provide transportation.

Just here for blood work and its been 2 hours pass time and still havent done anything but sit and wait. If you ever need any blood work done i highly recommend going somewhere else.

Dr. Odalys Espinosa-Estrada is a compassionate doctor. She’s very thorough as she addresses your health issues & concerns. She’s awesome! Staff is pretty professional & the appointments are executed on time. From arrival to conclusion of the appointment is a speedy process. Never long waiting periods! The lab tech is a god sent….👍😊! I’d recommend you to call & schedule your appointment TODAY!!!!

If you need anything other than extremely basic medical care and will end up needing an insurance referral to a specialist, please do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. The referral process is enough to drive any sane person absolutely crazy. Referrals take much longer than need be as I’ve been to other primary care providers and have never had so many issues with referrals. If there are any issues with your requested referral, no one will contact you or the doctor requesting the referral so that the issue can be corrected. A referral usually requires me making at least 4-5 phone calls to them before being processed.

The staff is pretty nice, DR.Cedeno is very attentive and generous. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
