Del Oro

I’ve been living here since October 2019. This is not my first flat, and to be honest I haven’t had any problems or nothing. In fact, the admin staff is very helpful, they even send you emails with notifications and gatherings they organize (they avoid printing, good for the environment). Also, the maintenance staff is very nice and the only one time I needed to ask something they were super fast and effective. Even one of my fellow coworkers asked me to check if there was any available apt since he used to live here and wants to get back.

I’ve seen some reviews about pests and other stuff likke that, but I have no issues with that. I think that people get pests (not only here, but anywhere) because of they don’t clean properly or simply they are messy.

Nice and quiet place the staff always are attentive to resolve our issues we are happy living here. 100% recommended.

Nice place to live. Good amenities. Office staff are helpful a communicative. Maintance staff also very educated and respectful.

I apply this week for an apartment there at Del Rio. The office staff was very nice and they said I need to pay a $65 application fee plus a $200 administrative fee. They said I would hear from them in a few days as far as being approved for an apartment.

I just recently went online this evening and started reading the reviews and I am totally shocked !
When I looked at the apartment it look very nice and clean. they did say they were going to have to do some repairs in the kitchen because the light was messed up, but it did have a gaping hole in the ceiling that they said it will fix.
Now I have read the reviews and people talk about there’s roaches and rat infestation, I think I’m going to go ahead and get my money back, if I can.

I will not pay over $1,000 a month and rent plus water sewage garbage and pest control for place that has rats and roaches.

Del oro is the horrible place to stay!! Negative 👎 no stars. Rats and more. I have pictures and more. Del oro need to be shut down. Rats was in my daughter crib. Horrible ! NEVER again! I have videos and more.
