I would give ZERO stars if I could. This nasty old man needs to retire! Waited over 2 hrs for appointment (saw him about 9 mos ago). He had no idea when I explained my symptoms and when I asked one question, he nastily responded that he didn’t have time! Then, he made a comment that I wasn’t paying much for the visit anyway!! Unreal, inappropriate and NASTY! I was totally taken aback. After having me do a couple of tests and going back for follow up, he had no idea what was wrong with me, and no suggestions at all, like he was done and not interested in helping me. See someone else, run to a real doctor!!!

The absolute worst Dr. I’ve ever been to in my life. He either doesnt’t know what hes doing or simply dosen’t care. Saw him and was told I have a certain condition which I wont go into, but I then went and got not 1, not 2 but 3 diffrent opinions from other Drs and they all told me there is no way I have what I was told I have. Felt like he was milking me for money. To say the customer service is a joke is an under statement as well. My appointment was at 4:00. I got to the office at 3:30, didnt end up seeing the Dr. until 5:50. I will NEVER return.

He told me at the first appoitment that he needed to perform an endoscopy because I have a problem swallowing and that I might need to do a esofagical dilation. The day of the endoscopy made me wait 5 hours before they did the procedure because supposedly they had put other patients before me. The three days that followed the procedure I had a high fever and a lot of pain and I had to leave my work. When I went to the follow-up appointment to know the result he told me that he would need to perform another endoscopy this time with dilation like he told me he would do at the begining. Basically all the pain, waiting time and days off from my job were in vane because his incompetence.

He is the absolute worst Dr. I have ever encountered. First turn off are the girls up front. They pretty much make you do their job. I was running back and forth to Dr’s for information they are suppose to get. I went for my appointment and after waiting almost 3 hours, I was seen. Dr. Fernandez said he lost the results from my physical last time i was there and had to do another, he did a half ass physical this time. He looks at my blood work and tells me everything is fine and told me my diagnosis that i already knew i had. He did not take very well that I was questioning why nothing was being done. He began to laugh at me and being very nasty and rude. Wouldn’t give me my blood work, I will never go back there and do not suggest this DR. to anyone. He needs to retire at this point if doing his job is a problem. Because, this is what it seems.
