I have been at freeman orthodontists for about 6 YEARS now. I started in the fifth grade, and it was awesome. But now, currently in 11th grade, the staff has changed every time I walked in. Now I have a lot longer to go and I am just about done with it. I recommend it 6 years ago, but this is a HORRENDOUS orthodontist. Dr. Freeman is great, but this is the first time I have seen him in years. Please take your business somewhere else.

New staff and a new Doctor on every appointment. I don’t even remember the name or face of any of the Orthodontist due to every month I see a different one. When it comes to the money they are very attentive but when you complain due to a bad orthodonics treatment they treat you like if you never paid a penny. The Doctors don’t put interest in client’s treatments because they are only are at that office for a month and you never get to see them again. It was a very frustrating experience for me. I was recommended to Doctor Freeman whom I never met or even told by the staff that there’s no longer a Dr.Freeman.

DONE with Chris Freeman’s office. He came highly recommended and has been an awful experience. He and his staff damaged a tooth that required a dentist repair it, tried to keep the damage from me, has been a nightmare regarding retainers, and just hung up on me after 9 years of paying for failed retainer after failed retainer, including a permanent one. I’d rather pay a new ortho the entire cost of a new orthodontia regimen than set foot in his office again for another bill and false promise. Never Again!

I have just about had it with Freeman Orthodontics! We had our son there when he was in 3rd grade for his first phase of braces and it was a great experience. We have referred many patients to Freeman. We began his second phase during the summer before his eighth grade year. This phase was supposed to last only one year. We are now just about to enter summer before his tenth grade year almost 2 years later. Yes, my son occasionally forgets to wear his rubberbands, however, the much bigger problem and REAL reason he has been in braces for this long is that we can NEVER get in to see a doctor. They have ONE doctor (no longer Dr. Freeman who we consulted with before beginning this second phase) and this ONE doctor is spread across THREE different locations. The only location convenient for us is the Plantation location. The doctor is only there on Tuesdays and every other Thursday. And if you have something happen like a loose bracket, they will only take you in the middle of the day. My son is in highschool. First of all, he can’t be taken out of school or miss a day just for an ortho appt. These highschoolers have too large a workload and miss far too much by doing this and then get behind having to make up the work. Additionally, it doesn’t work to take him out for part of the day because his school is 30 minutes away from the closest Freeman location. I am beyond dissappointed by the changes that Freeman Orthodontics has made and truly regret choosing them for this second phase. The braces were paid in full a year ago so I have no choice but to suffer through until they are finally done with him. I guess Dr. Freeman is trying to rake it in but seems to me that it’s going to backfire on him when he starts losing patients and what was once a loyal following.

The entire experience is relaxing and enjoyable. Dr. Freeman is extremely friendly and a pleasure to deal with. His office staff is equally awesome! The environment is warm and welcoming. The office is extremely child friendly, so if you do have to bring your children, they are welcomed with open arms! I highly recommend Freeman Orthodontics to everyone!
