I went in and because I think I was black with scalp problem. They didn’t spend much time on me she use a cotton sabb stick to look thur my hair and then gave me this prescription that costed a arm and a leg.
They didn’t even know how much my co pay was. I would recommend you go to Nutra dermatologist they helped me with my scalp and they listen.

Didn’t care for her personality or her using chopsticks to examine my body. When I cried over how terribly I was suffering with scalp psoriasis, she told me to stop being so vain and be glad I didn’t have cancer. No thanks.

I have been going to Dr. Rousseau for about 7 years. She is very honest and tells you exactly what is happening with your issue. Her old school appoach is unique and she gives you whatever time is required to explain.

By far the most rude professional I have come across. Not easy to talk to and will make you feel worse about yourself if you already feel insecure. I was lectured for about a half hour about how ungrateful I am for feeling insecure about my acne because people are dying. This took me for a loop because I can’t help being insecure and that comment was out of nowhere. After explaining that the treatment plan she wanted to put me on didn’t work with the last dermatologist, she got upset and told me to not say that bc it does work. As a dermatologist it is her job to make the patient feel reassured that they are in good hands and it was completely opposite in my experience.
