These doctors are awesome. Our patients that go here for Ortho are always happy. I hear some complaints about front desk but someone’s always having a bad day at some point, right?

The so called director of the facility was very rude. I didn’t get her name but she was very disrespectful. The wait times are ridiculous. Why bother making an appointment if your still going to wait 2 hours. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place. Get better office admin.

Very pleased with this office! All of the doctors are great, they are very very knowledgeable and thorough with everything. Their staff is helpful and they try their best to help where they can. It is very convenient to have such a variety of doctors in one place, each who have their own specialty within orthopedics. These doctors have helped me rebound from many injuries. I wouldn’t go anywhere else, my whole family comes here!

I waited for 2 hours before I was seen. I’m sorry but that is ridiculous. I understand 30-45 minutes but 2 hours, that’s a no from me. Other than that the doctor is a good doctor. Nice guy.

If the review was based solely on the doctors it would be 5 star. I’ve seen all them through the years and every one is top notch. However, the staff on the recent visit provided sub par service- robotic, no warmth or smile. I arrived on time…after an hour all those that came in after me were taken care of. I approached the counter twice and was told each time that my file was in back and would be called soon. at 1.5 hours I asked for a supervisor only to find out that my file was misplaced. What is especially disconcerting is my social security number which they put on the form is floating around somewhere. I would never have been helped shortly if I didn’t ask for someone with a higher authority as the girl at the counter couldn’t be bothered to get up from her chair.
I was taken back to the offices where Anne was the only staff with warmth and a smile. The doctor knows his stuff but spent 5 minutes with me. After an hour and 45 min at this time, i deserved a few minutes of his time.
Checkout- the person who checked me out was more into news screen than interacting with me.
I asked for appointment times in the morning – she replied and the time given wasn’t going to work so I asked what she had later in the afternoon. Her reply- what you don’t want the 9:20?
When one is in pain, a little warmth and kindness goes a long way. The doctors would be best served giving staff some customer service training.
