Dry Cleaning Depot

I came here to bring a comforter and paid for it right away. When I came to pick up the next day they told me my comforter was defective. I wondered if they damaged it because I recently bought it and I always clean comforters before bringing them home. I had to come back because the comforter was in the “plant”. When I came back for the 2nd time to pick it up I opened the comforter to make sure they didn’t damage it and it was like new, which means they lied about being defective and they just don’t have the capacity to clean comforters. When I askedfor my money back, they gave me a store credit which is very disrespectful because they never asked me how I wanted the money back. Who told them I wanted to use their service again? It’s been a week and I still have not received my refund. Do NOT PAY IN ADVANCE here.

The prices at Dry Cleaning Depot are ridiculously high! People are very nice but I won’t go there again.

I was doubtful due to the stars and bad reviews, but the service was great. My alterations were perfect length. And I received them on the promised date. No complains. Will deff be bringing my clothes for dry cleaning and alterations for the future.

Wish I could give a 0. My daughter took her bridesmaid dress there last week to get steamed the night before the wedding. They ruined her $200 dress and refuse to compensate her or give a refund. I do not recommend this place.!!!

Dependable Services. Prices are reasonable and customer service has been great. I’ve used the seamstress there for pants and Sport coat alterations. Even cutting down long sleeves to short
