Horrible service ,, the lady at the receiving counter is rude and not friendly … went there for an alteration , not done properly and when asked for explanation , the lady with the jamaican accent was super rude … Had to pay to have it done somewhere else. I wrote complaint to owner ..no response … in addition they are over priced … get better value somewhere else
I walked into the store to drop off my dry cleaning around 10am because the door was wide open. One of the employees stares at me, walks up from the back and doesn’t say anything to me until she reaches the register. “We don’t open until 11 am but I guess I’ll take it”, she said with an attitude. No thank you. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I understand that I was early (my bad) but employees should still have basic customer service skills like communicating store hours in a friendly way.
Absolutely terrible customer service I would’ve given 0 stars if possible. DO NOT take your clothes here, you’ll regret it the minute you walk in
NOT GOOD AND TOO EXPENSIVE.
Wow, Took 3 pairs of pants/jeans there to be shortened. $60 later got them back. $20 to shorten a pair of jeans? Was a long time customer, not any more.
