Dunkin’

So, after the great service I had last week from here, I had planned to make a review but then forgot.
Well I went to the other Dunkin Donuts location (the one at the corner of Nova and Davie Rd) and had such a horrible experience with the staff that it reminded me about writing this one.

The lines a little confusing between the Baskin Robbins and Dunkin part of the shop, so I ordered a milkshake and wasn’t sure where to pay for it.
I wound up waiting a while and when the gal – Ashley, came to help me out, she gave me a free doughnut for the wait and was just overall super pleasant and friendly. Not to mention cute. Thank you for the good service!

Not impressive at all. The cashier had problems entering my order. She was apparently fairly new and although nice, was not properly trained and left to fend for herself way too early. About 9:15 p.m. Tuesday, November 26, 2019 I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on a plain bagel. After watching a worker prepare a specialty coffee for five minutes and another worker walk around aimlessly scratching his head, I inquired about my order. After a ten minute wait, and seeing the exchange between the workers over whose responsibility it was to prepare my order, I became frustrated and told them whatever they were doing to run the place was not working and left without collecting the sandwich or my $3.95.

Worst location ever. Took my family for a nice Sunday morning breakfast… the guy taking orders for donuts was unpleasant… we ordere a small box of munchkins and one vanilla sprinkles donut. He put the donut in the bag and then dropped the box on top of the donut. My wife pointed it out to him and he didn’t care. The woman wiping tables just moves your stuff so she can adjust chairs. And couldn’t even get a cup of water for my son without having to wait 10 minutes… never again! I would give it half a star if I could. The

4.5 stars. This is a full-service combined Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins. They have a large variety of Baskin Robbins ice cream to choose from. Friendly and attentive service. The place was clean despite being very busy. We enjoyed an ice cream cone and a warm cookie ice cream sandwich. Overall, a good experience and I would return.

Last Friday before school started and I decided to take our ten and six year old out for a last summer hooray. I had seen their advertisement for FREAK SHAKES earlier in the day. I didn’t really know what was involved until the manager told me. The manager, Natasha and Jay were FANTASTIC!!!!! They made these two kids a dessert to remember! And it was super tasty. Marshmallow drizzle, cotton candy ice cream, whipped cream, a sugar cone cotton candy on the straw AND a cherry on top! Oh and a sour rainbow airhead thing. The ten year old says, “this is amazing! Yummy yummy yummy!” The six year old raves, “It’s awesome with dosame! This was the best shake ever!” Then the ten year old chimes in, “he’s not exaggerating.” #endofsummer2018
