Einstein Bros. Bagels

Always great service but it was upsetting to see that they are accepting clients without a masks. Don’t play with COVID 19, you don’t want to get it and you don’t want your clients to get it, reinforce the policies for the health of all of us. Be safe and keep the good work!

My company placed a catering order with Einstein Bagels a week before Valentine’s Day to provide all of our valued customers with a breakfast on the go.

The order was 100 plain bagels individually bagged with a knife and a one ounce cream cheese. The day of the order, we were delivered 100 bagels in two boxes, and tubs of cream cheese. After expressing to the delivery driver that there was an error with the order. She then said “Well, corporate should have prepared this order themselves” and stormed out. Leaving behind the incorrect bagel orders and the cart she used to bring them in the office.

It took three hours for someone to return to our office to pick up the incorrect order and the cart. He was not able to rectify the situation, and then proceeded to only refund the food order. After two additional emails and several phone calls we still have not had an update on a refund for the delivery fee.

This experience was terrible. Our event was completely ruined, and the customer service was nonexistent.

Service was terrible. Very slow and employees rude. I ordered and ice tea as part of my order, I asked for lemon and the lady told me. “No lemons—too busy to go to the back, find it, cut it and give it to you. If it slows down I Maybe can go get you some.” I waited a good 15 minutes for my bagel. Not a place I will be returning to any time soon.

I tried the chorizo sunrise bagel and it was delicious!!!! It was a little bit spicy, and with the avocado it was the perfect combination.
I recommend you to try this!!!
