Enterprise Rent-A-Car (Closed Temporarily)

I have been coming here for about a year in half. A lot has changed with staff but one constant has been Josh. This guy here is my fave he always takes time to greet every customer and always handles my contract every month. Very patient and soft spoken. I would refer my family and friends to experience the top notch service here. PS it’s a hidden gem at the end of the plaza good luck finding the store.

Really impressed with this location. I have seen the reviews and can’t fathom this staff having these type of service issues. The big guy helped me out and greeted me at the door he asked would I like a water and had candy as well. The atmosphere was very friendly and service was very swift. We walked out to the parking lot where he showed me options and even went over features I was overly impressed. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

Got into a bad car accident last week. Geico made a car reservation for me immediately, saying I just pick it up. Called Saturday morning to inquire about it, guy tells me he’s busy…took down my name and number to call me ‘right back’. An hour and a half later I called explaining nobody called back. No apologies or anything from them. It was too late in the day to pick it up because they were closing soon. Today, Monday, i leave early from work to pick up the car (work in another city/county) and they say 50 for incidentals. I said no one told me in fact I was told by Geico and you guys to pick up the car. My ride said they would pay for it but enterprise stated they don’t take cash or a check. My ride said they had a debit but enterprise stated they would be the only driver’s of the car unless I paid more to add myself. They were very short and snippy when speaking to me. Not trying to help at all. Now I have to miss work tomorrow, I have to try again to get the car.

I want to give this location 5 stars .The staff is very friendly and efficient. The Manager is very organized and Hannah gave me excellent service.I will definitely refer people to this location.

Piss poor service. Called and text me at 9:17pm on a weekday, awaking my 22 month old daughter. Thretened to report the car stolen with a $12.34 balance on a 35 day rental. Staff talking bad about customers after they leave. I have a corporate account with 150+ days a year with renting and this is how I’m treated? Spend your money elsewhere. Update: contract closed out 6 days after car was returned. I was charged a 56.60 cleaning fee when the car was 2 hours detailed before I returned it. Stop cleaning customers with BS charges.
