I rented a car for 4 days and they didn’t tell me that I have to returned the car in a specific time and they charged me an extra day, this is not fair and I just took 3 hours, I’m trying to talk to them but they are very rude hanging up the phone and they don’t even want to help, this is my first time renting a car and I’m not satisfied with this service. I won’t rent a car with them anymore

Had a great experience with a rental car that I needed when my vehicle was in for repairs. The staff is kind and courteous and the shop practiced very clean and orderly social distancing. Check in/check out was quick and easy. I usually here renting a vehicle because of paperwork, large deposits and crowds. The car ran great and was fully stocked with amenities. Almost didn’t want to get my primary vehicle back 😝

I thought my neighborhood Enterprise was bad but this location beat it. Took 38 mins (no customers), car was not washed just hosed down, interior not wiped down, can not tell if spots on the car (black car) are scratches or dirt. They would not give me a rag or napkin to wipe the car so I can see if it were scratches, instead the lady sat down to watch me use my sweater sleeve to check. So unprofessional.

I must be honest, I had to stop coming to this location due to the absurdly low level of quality in regards to their customer service. Multiple times I was made to wait HOURS after my reservation time due to not having my vehicle ready. The manager spoke with me a few times and he could care less about my perspective. I waited and waited for my latest rental, expecting ANY form of compensation or at the very least, sympathy and he made it very clear that I simply needed to rent somewhere else if I didn’t have the time to wait!

If there is any HUGE flaw in renting with enterprise, it’s the fact that no matter how long ago you make your reservation, they NEVER ensure your vehicle. It could be one hour before your reservation and they’ll look you in the eyes and say, “Well, we can’t do anything if we don’t have the vehicles on hand!”

I have had to switch rental companies at the last minute and pay triple for an immediate rental because Enterprise just DOESN’T HAVE VEHICLES AVAILABLE EVEN WITH A RESERVATION MADE WEEKS IN ADVANCE!

Lastly, before I’m asked to send an email to Enterprise “Cares”, I already did. The same day I almost wanted to get physical with the manager at this location for being the rudest, unprofessional, SMALL man I’ve ever done business with. I’ve already emailed you and I never even got a reply back.

If this matters to anyone up there, have someone CALL ME. I’m easy to reach. Apparently you all are way too busy to care about the consumers that make you your money.

Amazing Customer Service! We had reservations at another branch for a holiday weekend and they couldn’t promise they’d have a car for us. We called this branch and Cle assured us they would have a car available. Reggie followed through and took care of us and saw the rental and return through. After a ton of driving it was a relief to have such an easy return.
