Ok guys, Mother’s Day: 1) I recieved the flowers by 7:30pm that day. 2) Ballon:it looked old and said Happy Birthday… What?????. You should call and ask first if I don’t care about it. 3) Mothers’s Day card: Question: see the photo, Really??? 4) Chocolate box: emojis bag, come on I know is 2020 but you could use something more accordingly to the date and finally the 2 stars is just because she love the flowers, eventhough, I was expecting a purple ceramic bowl as shown on the picture on your website. So, please, next time you have to do a better work if you want to keep your clients happy or make new ones.

After ordering Mother’s Day Flowers online on Monday to be delivered Friday I called to confirm the order and was told everything was good to go. Not only were they not delivered on time I sent my Dad up there to see where the flowers were since none of my calls were getting answered, My dad waiting on the flowers which turned out to be nothing like I ordered and were dying by Sunday. I tried to help this local business by buying local but I would not recommend them at all, the service and product is horrible.

Tried to call again for a discount or some sort of refund before I posted a review and still no answer.

My sons order me flowers the Week before Mother’s Day and when I didn’t get on Friday before Mother’s Day, my son ask he dad to go up there and see what was up because they wouldn’t answer the phone. The manager didn’t come out to talk to my husband and was rude to him as she finish doing what she was doing in the back , keep saying I know that name , tried to say my son didn’t order in time but my husband had the order on his phone to show her. She finally quickly made a order but the kicker is …… it wasn’t what my son order , and before I went to bed of Saturday the flowers were died . You know you didn’t do it right , you not only upset 😡 me because I knew that my son didn’t order them ……. You give me died flowers.My son order from you because you were a local small business and wanted to help ….. But you did him wrong and myself……. I will never use you again and will tell anyone ask not to use you after these

I placed an order for a flower arrangement that they had on their website, it was still expensive but I didn’t care because I wanted to send beautiful bouquet to my special friend for Mother’s day on May 10th. She didn’t get it on the day of Mother’s Day. She got it the day after in the afternoon. The flowers looked nice for what my friend showed me on the picture. The message on the card looked like they wrote it very fast And the message was very sloppy too. I ordered these flowers around 2 weeks in advance so that way I know the order will get there on time but they didn’t. You could have let me know that you had too many orders for that day and i would have tried another place. Thank you

Order an arrangement of 12 roses and they delivered this 12 small and old yellow roses for $68. When they told me the price I was expecting something way better (12 roses for $68 is crazy) next time I would prefer to go to Publix where they have bigger roses and cheaper prices, I would never ever go here again.
