I love shopping here, I usually shop online, but this day I decided to go in and look around the store is always organized even on Black friday everything looks nicely. The line was to long so I left and got my Iteam online for the same price just have to wait a little for the delivery. I think they need to come up with a better and faster checkout. Specially on a black Friday.

I had online return but did not have the same card so the rep(Siyara) told me that I could only get merchandise credit. I requested her to find a way out and to my surprise, she was able to do that. She called the customer care and ran her magic. I was so impressed at the level of customer service and her skill set

Amazing as always. Great quality and great fitting apparel. The only place I shop for men’s clothing. You get what you pay for and you pay for what you get.

Cierra (spelling?) the store manager on the night of 10.25.2018 was outstanding. She gave me superb customer service from start to finish on what seemed to be a busy evening and looked short staffed. I sincerely hope they all left at a decent hour as I know how tough resetting a retail store can be after a busy night…Thanks again for your help!
