The wait time is excellent here. Dr. Bernard is an amazing physician. She is very thorough and answers all your questions. She listens to your concerns and applies her knowledge.

Went to have a medical examination, everything was great. The staff was cordial and helpful. Dr. Pyram-Bernard was very knowledgeable and patient. Overall a great experience.

I’ve had really good experiences with Dr. Bernard but the front desk has been absolutely terrible lately. I’ve left multiple voicemails over the past few weeks just requesting an appointment that were not returned. When I finally was able to reach a person over the phone she seemed to have no idea how to do her job. I said I had gotten an allergy test a few weeks ago and wanted to start allergy shots. She seemed confused and thought I was talking about a flu shot. She also seemed confused about how to find out what I would owe out of pocket at the appointment.

I know I sound like a boomer a-hole but she had a very thick accent, and I have auditory processing issues so I just could not understand her over the phone. She seemed to have a hard time understanding me as well and I just had to give up because we weren’t getting anywhere.

I ended up requesting an appointment through their website because they had a text box where I could explain what was going on with this issue and I asked for someone to please just reach out and help me. It’s been over 24 hours and no one has contacted me, and I haven’t even gotten a text or email confirmation that the appointment has even been set.

I’m really reluctant to post this because I don’t like hurting businesses over little things but I’m at the absolute end of my rope. All I wanted was to make an appointment for allergy shots. I had already paid them a bunch of money out of my HSA for the skin test.

I’ve never been this frustrated with a medical office before, and I’m just going to have to find another doctor because this has been a bizarre Kafkaesque experience. Which is a shame because I like Dr. Bernard.

Horrible Place: Avoid it for sure…Dr. Nancy has no sense of Doctor…went to her with pain on upper left chest: she sent me 3rd grade medicine school intern and she didn’t even cost herself to talk to me…then she asked for blood work and the result after 2 weeks (I went today to get the blood work results: the lab paper state that the results were ready since September 18th (12 days ago) and they didn’t even cost themselves to call me and inform that results are ready then her rude assistant was asking for another 80$ to (review the results with her)…this lady Doctor is their to rip off patients only, and her assistants (specially the African American lady and the other lady in eyeglasses are rudest people that you’ll ever meet)…
Horrible experience: save yourselves and your money: this doctor and her people are their for money not to treat patients…

I was scheduled for a 1pm appt on 9/4 when the office first opens (upon scheduling I stated I was coming on my lunch break and needed the best time to be out quickly) it was suggested I come at 1p. I arrived promptly at 1, my vitals were taken around 1:10p and in the room at 1:15. A medical student answered to take my history which I was reluctant initially to answer questions because of the limited time I had. I even shared this with her and stated I wanted to be out of the office at 1:30 which in the back of my mind really 1:40 but to make her aware. I had a not so good feeling and I had high blood pressure readings (not normal). 1:42 the medical student returned stating the Dr is on her way to the office and had an emergency, will I be able to wait. No, thank you. I thought wow this should’ve been shared much earlier in my office visit, complete disregard for my time. Up until now no one has called to follow up. I hope they don’t try to bill my insurance for this incomplete visit, I’ll be following up with that.
