All places have waiting times, unpleasant experiences and the occasionally rude staff member. I honestly can’t say that this has ever been my experience at this office. My partner recently delivered our baby with the help of the trusted hands of Dr. Bass. We didn’t go there for sugar coating. We didn’t go there to be coddled or for listening sessions. We went there for precise assessments on the development of our baby every step of the way. We also wanted to have all of the information necessary for us to make informed decisions along the way. Dr. Bass and his staff accomplished this and more! We never waited too long and every issue we raised was adequately addressed. Communication was always to the point and relevant. Can’t ask for better in my view. Even our encounter with the other affiliated specialists were great. For instance (unfortunately I can’t recall her name) but the Ultrasound Specialist (not good with official titles:) was ALWAYS amazing. She was diligent, but not too speedy. Friendly, informative and reassuring. We have amazing sonogram pictures that amplified our already-high enthusiasm along the way. In the end, this is about your own individual experience, but I think it’s important to place high marks where and when deserved and Dr. Bass deserves the recognition. You’ll be in very good hands.

Doctor Sterghos failed to mention the reason I was having a miscarriage was because of an ovarian tumor. He called me to tell me I needed to decide right then if I wanted a DNC (without telling me what one was or any other information) because he was leaving on vacation and didn’t have time. There was no follow up, no alternate doctor recommended for while he was out of town, and his office refused all requests for my medical records sent by both hospitals and other doctors. Six months later when I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer by a different doctor he had to be threatened with a court order before releasing my medical records that he cannot legally withhold from me.

I have known Dr Sterghos Jr for over 24 years and he was one of my doctors who also seen me throughout my pregnancy. He is an excellent doctor and he truly cares for his patients. He is so professional and his staff is also excellent. He no longer delivers babies.

Dr. Bass and his staff are simply amazing! It was our very first pregnancy and we had our bundle of joy come as a surprise one month in advance. Dr. Bass was very professional and walked us throughout the complete process. I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect pregnancy, delivery and post-delivery treatment. Thank you Dr. Bass and staff!

The best Dr’s office hands down! The staff there words honestly can not explain!! They are the best!! Professional and customer service is like none other!!
