I must say on 7/17/19 I experienced the worst experience ever at the fort lauderdale location , this office waited till I arrived to my grandmother’s appointment with her 6months later from January to tell me since her last visit they no longer deal with her insurance and denied her being seen unless I paid $200+ , due to the appointment scheduler making a mistake they did not acknowledge the mistake at all . The receptionist Kevin there that day was absolutely rude and the manager I spoke to showed no care at all for a 88 year old old lady at all . I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone they deserve no stars at all .

Just had an excellent visit at the Fort Lauderdale office. The receptionist was very welcoming and attentive. Alice and Katie are caring, compassionate clinicians who explained my care in detail. I highly recommend this office.

The stars go to the doctor, like the other reviewer, the issue is with the staff. We were required to pay for the procedure ahead of time, when the insurance claim was processed, we over paid by more than $600, some of it was applied to another visit, and we are still owed over $500. They claim there is a 21 business day process in order for a refund to be sent. THAT IS A FULL MONTH. The doctor required payment three days prior to the procedure (money up front), yet has no desire to return money to patients. WARNING – NEVER PAY THIS DOCTOR UP FRONT – FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR.

Very unorganized staff. Cold and sterile personalities. Margate office and scheduling receptionists. I had an afib ablation done on 1-16 and the doctor went out of town right after my surgery, as a matter of fact, the registration department asked me “not to be late because he had a flight to catch after my surgery,” that really concerned me, and I should’ve went with my gut and rescheduled. So he didn’t return from his vaca until 2-1, I couldn’t get my prescriptions after surgery because the NP didn’t properly fill out my prescription. When I called to tell them about my meds everyone just said they can’t help and someone sent out a email to the doctors medical assistant and I never heard anything back from him. Finally 3 days post op a NP called me back and said she would handle the prescription mishap. I don’t like being operated on and then passed off to others who have no idea what I need. Horrible patient care. This was the second doctor I’ve seen here, and I’m so disappointed, scared, and quite frankly lost and confused. God help me!
