First of all the 5 stars are for the following employees Only!: Ms. Mihela – Triage Nurse, ,Ms. Nicole – Registrar, Ms. Ina- Charge Nurse, and Ms. Catherine – Nurse Practioner. If it was not for these ladies I would have left without obtaining medical service. They all were very attentive, professional, reassuring and great listeners. But if I can help it I will never willingly come to this Emergency Room facility ever again. My negative experience began when I walked back for placement in a room by a Student Instructor. The instructor nor I spoke to each other regarding the next phase of this process. After waiting 20 minutes I decided to inquire from the nearest person in uniform about the next phase and approximate time someone would come in to see and speak to me.

I was told by the uniformed person “shortly”!
At this time I began to leave this facility without notice. As I walked through the placement area towards the exit door Ms. Nicole the registrar ask me if I received service and leaving. I explained my frustrations and she informed Ms. Ina immediately. From this point the ball began to roll and I was satisfied with the care I received.

It appears that this is a student learning and training facility only. I can discuss my negative experience and personnel but that would be to easy. So I decided to take the high road and express my gratitude to and for the above mentioned employees instead. Thank you Emergency facility ladies. Wrong name listed but the right story. Lol!

Horrible Horrible Horrible.
IF I were un a live or die emergency anin order to live I would rather DIE.!! THE overnight ER Doctor ( Heilu) and nurses flirted an played together all night they spoke creole to each other in front of us ( inside the patients room).
They left my 70 yr old father unattended for more than 30 mins. All the while his heart rate dropped to 45 he was moaning in pain because they had him restrained to the hospital bed with sheets around his waist not considering his recent hip replacement surgery. (no sheet or pillow on the bed) They admitted him however we choose to have him transfered to the V. A hospital where he will be treated like a human being an a Vietnam veteran
