First impression, Sylvia the cashier is rather rude.
We will see how the dry cleaning goes on Wednesday when I pick up my clothes.

They did an excellent job with my dry cleaning. I can not lie. Sylvia was much nicer when I came back. I will return.

Please verify with them in store to what they promise on the phone. I have to buy new shirts and iron them my self because of this miscommunication on their timelines

Best cleaners/dry cleaners in Broward. If had things ruined at other places…. but never here. All my costume clothes come out perfect. Their onsite seamstress is perfectly skilled too. I don’t take my things anywhere else. This place is the best!

Integrity and great service! I have been sending my clothes to Fran’s regularly for over two years and have always been pleased with their service. Today, John (one of the owners) returned my dry cleaning to me and handed me two $100 bills that I had left in one of my pants pockets! It’s wonderful to work with such high-integrity, honest people. I’ll be a customer for a long time to come.
