My review is of Ganz plumbing and Tech Kevin.

This company actually showed up at my job to fix a problem with the urinal. I had a small problem at my house so I decided to speak to the tech. Within 15 seconds I can tell if somebody is worth doing business with. Kevin knows what he is doing and you can tell he’s good at his job. I told him what was going on at my house he told me exactly what it was and about what it was going to cost in 5 seconds. he gave me his card so I could call the office and I set up an appointment and requested him. Tuesday came and to be honest I totally forgot and they called me to ask was it okay to come. First of all I’m pretty shocked because the last guy I was dealing with no showed three times at a different company. This company is on the ball. I swear Kevin must have fixed everything in like 20 minutes. Even my girlfriend arrived and said what do you mean he is finished already! After he was done he went to his truck to get the invoice and still in the back of your mind you’re like…well here it comes… maybe he’s going to try to jerk me around but the pricing was not a surprise. This is one of the best companies I have ever done business with as far as servicing.

Great service.

Called GANZ about a 2 inch PVC pipe (for sink venting) between the 1st and 2nd floor dripping water when raining.
* Tech came and examined all other possibilities such as toilets and roofs. Then cut drywall to examine further.
* Charged $98 total for dispatch plus half-hour diagnosis, but NO repair done as he explained to me that the leak could only be fixed when it is actually leaking/dripping water so that the fix could be tested.
* Tech was punctual, polite, and clean.

Its unfortunate they dont offer zero stars as an option. Stay very clear of owner Mr. Ganz… Extremely rude is as polite as I can be. Talks to you as if your a 2yrs old and has the personality of a soda can. Lady who answer phones however is pleasant.

In response to Mr Ganz reply… Here’s receipt for work performed and technician came to house 1 add’l time only to tell me that 1) he doesnt have parts to replace tub drain 2) technician advised Mr. Ganz asked him to back to their shop to decide if they even want to get involved with add’l work of replacing main and overflow drain.. (What didnt I pay for?)

Needless to say, $29 later, all tub issues were fixed by an extremely reputable and friendly operation..

Kevin from Ganz Plumbing was awesome! He got the job done in 30 minutes so we didn’t have to pay for any extra time and he had all the parts necessary. I would absolutely hire Ganz again!
